I am a very empathetic human with natural talents for feeling & healing.

My journey to where I am now was not without its dramas & painful periods to learn & grow from.

I was previously in a couple of prominent relationships where I suffered considerable emotional abuse & more, my mental health understandably so became to be in a very lonely feeling & dangerous place.

I have always been openly spiritual, but was not always strong enough to be my own true authentic self in this life, my spiritual journey lead me into, through & then out of these lessons safely.

I am of the belief that one size never fits all when it comes to spiritual direction, mental health & trauma healing.

Everyone’s experiences are so very individual, but it often helps to work through those clarity seeking, tricky or even dark times with someone who can honestly empathise due to their own life experiences.

Divination tools I have experience with & still use are:
